Course Platform
Psychwire offers online mental health courses for therapists and the general public. As their UX/UI Designer, I designed their course platform, which hosted over 15 individual courses for therapists in addition to public courses helping with depression, anxiety and more.
Task
Gathered info on platform specifications and insights on user behaviour and psychology, followed by usability testing and user research, using these and data to create personas. Defined the right interaction model and evaluated its success. Created wireframes and prototypes centered around user need. Created complex UI designs and communicated design prototypes to developers. Ideated new ways to improve user retention for courses in addition to how to solve other UX problems.
