Book a Therapist
Designed the new “Book a Therapist” website for Psychwire, which was created to help people easily connect with mental health experts in their area and around the world through teleconferencing.
Task
Gathered requirements from stakeholders, therapists and users through interviews and surveys. Created personas with data and insights from these. Created wireframes and prototypes based on solving user needs. Conducted prototype usability testing and gathered feedback. Created UI designs and communicated specifications and expected functionality to developers.
