2017-2022
Psychwire
UX/UI Designer for Psychwire who creates online mental health courses for therapists and the general public.
Created simple and intuitive user-centered web apps, which played a key part in the ten-fold growth of the company since 2017.
Redesigned the entire course platform, which included leveraging analytics, user testing and A/B testing to gather valuable user insights and release improvements iteratively, resulting in a 40% increase in user satisfaction.
Created wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, style guides, site maps and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively with the wider team and stakeholders.
2015
Tradify
Full-time in-house contract role to redesign Tradify’s project management admin platform, website, and marketing material including email templates and assets for print and social media channels.
Played a key role in the UX design of the platform in addition to contributing to their wider digital marketing strategies.
2012-2013
Universal Music
Designer as part of a digital team with 3 other developers working on Universal Music’s e-commerce platform “Getmusic”.
Conducted extensive wireframing, UX prototyping and user testing.
Re-designed websites for top artists in addition to filming and editing musician and artist interviews and performances.
Designed and Built HTML email templates for Universal’s marketing and communications.
2016
DMG Sydney
2014
Expedia Travel
4-month contract working with a team of 3 designers and 4 developers.
Designed websites and responsive mobile and tablet layouts for expedia.com.au.
Created banner ads and EMDs in addition to contributing to the strategy and design of social media campaigns and competitions.
2011
Five By Five
2 man web agency based on the Gold Coast, in which I liaised with clients to define project requirements and scope, set deadlines and key benchmarks and delegate tasks to developers.
Designed and developed complex WordPress websites in addition to SEO and strategy.
